He is extremely passionate about Learning and strongly believes that People (Talent) Development is the most potent strategy to build sustainable & vibrant organisations. A Master facilitator having trained many other facilitators, with more than 20000 training person days of facilitation experience and is a qualified facilitator on MBTI, HBDI, Achievement Motivation, Crucial Conversation and Role efficacy. He is certified in designing and conducting behavior assessment and development center and a ICF trained Executive Coach. Having worked with organisations like Tatas, Microsoft, Airtel, Escotel, Goodyear, Samtel, the impact is in the domain of Leadership Team Alignments, Leadership & Talent development, Business Thrust linked People Capability Building , and Organisation Change. He is founder member of Institute of Group Facilitation, chairman Human committee & management committee member DMA, Core member of Organisation effectiveness. Currently leads the Learning & Organisation Development function at Fortis and is pursuing PhD from IIM Kashipur.
