HR Analytics Workshop 2015
  • Overview

Over the last decade, Human Capital Management (HCM) has become one of the top 5 strategic issues for all organizations. Creating and sustaining a meaningful culture, identifying and retaining top performers, increasing workforce diversity, innovation and productivity and leveraging talent globally are challenges being acknowledged by the CEOs world-wide.

While HCM has seized C-suite attention, the older approaches no longer work. It is not enough to identify solutions and get consulting help and hope things will take care of themselves. CEOs would like to have a HR strategy that can deliver outcomes like a sales program. CFOs would sponsor HR investments, if a RoI can be established. The HR team itself would like to relate to the progress and milestones that they are working towards.

Information is available like never before; HR systems deliver data round the clock. In addition, we have insights coming from social media, surveys and other benchmarks. The challenge then is to set up and run a HR analytics program, that delivers meaningful insights and identify the crucial one or two solutions from among multiple interesting options.

Companies like Google are already leveraging HR analytics. Research says that high performing companies are three times more likely to be advanced users of workforce analytics than average ones. This workshop would help you to set up and manage an effective HR analytics program in your organization.
