Mr. Anamitra Chatterjee, is a Faculty, Executive & Career Coach, Leadership Facilitator. He has diverse experience of 20 years in the areas of HR-Leadership-Training-Coaching in consulting, education and financial services sectors across India, Singapore, Europe and UK . He is a frequently requested speaker at HR, Leadership & Coaching conferences worldwide.
He is the recipient of the ‘Best Career Coach’ Award at the World HRD & Coaching Congress, 2013. He is an Accredited (EMCC) Executive Coach from Ashridge Centre for Coaching, UK. He has done his leadership development programme (LDP) from CCL, Brussels. He is a practitioner of MBTI Step II & FIRO-B (CPP), Hogan, LVI and Belbin (UK), and Benchmarks, the entire suite of CCL 360 degree instruments. He has been involved with the program design of the Leadership Coaching module on the INSEAD's Senior Leadership program – ILPSIE since its inception in 2011. At INSEAD Singapore, he has taught Executive Coaching - ‘How to Coach’.
Anamitra, an Executive Coach has coached over 120 senior leaders across 10 countries and has over 1000+ hours of rich coaching experience. He delivers senior level facilitation & behavioural training programs on leadership development, coaching, team effectiveness. His key corporate clients include Siemens, Feedback Infra, Diageo-United Spirits, & PepsiCo.
As Former Head – HR, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) India, he focused on talent management before a planned transition to Head – Learning at PwC. He had a long stint at Deutsche Bank AG in corporate banking - client relationship management. He set up and started India’s first Coaching CoE, Centre for Career Coaching (CCC) as its founding Dean.
Anamitra enjoys mountain treks, is a keen knowledge traveller and has visited over 25 countries.
