Biography

Dr. Jeayaram Subramanian is an Assistant Dean, (Online MBA Programs) and an Assistant Professor in the area of HR and OB. he holds a PhD in OB & HR from Universite Paris Saclay, Paris, France. He’s also a B.Tech (EEE) from Anna University, Chennai, and an MBA from Amrita Vishwa Vidaypeetham University, Coimbatore. Jeayaram had a short stint in sales with 99acres.com before going for his PhD. Post PhD, he has been an Assistant Professor in OB & HR with Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, School of Business, subsequently at International School of Business & Media at Pune, and Bharathidasan Institute of Management Trichy, prior to joining the Jindal Global Business School in January 2024. His areas of interest for teaching & research span across Leadership, Personality, Psychological contract, Psychoanalytics, and the likes.
