Biography

Dr. Kaustav Saha is an Associate Professor in the Strategy area at Jindal Global Business School. He holds a PhD in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi with a specialization in Strategic Management. Prior to joining JGBS, he was serving as an Assistant Professor in the Strategy area at T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal.

The teaching interests of Dr. Kaustav include Simulations, Strategic Management, and courses in Entrepreneurship. He is a specialist in Simulation-based courses. He has conducted around 100+ simulations across multiple programs of business and management across PG and UG levels in regular and online mode. He is an advocate of experiential learning. As a visiting faculty, he has taught courses at XLRI Jamshedpur, TAPMI Manipal, and IIM Kashipur.

His research interest lies in Entrepreneurial Orientation and New Venture Performance. Kaustav has published peer reviewed research articles in Scopus and ABDC listed journals. He has presented his research in academic conferences like the Academy of Management Annual Meeting and Strategic Management Society conferences. He has also published with case clearing houses like Ivey Publishing and The Case Centre.
