Biography

DR. MOHAMMAD NASIR is Assistant Professor of Law at Aligarh Muslim University, Adjunct Faculty at Law School, MANUU, Hyderabad and Visiting Faculty at IIM Kashipur (Dehradun Campus). He teaches the courses on ‘Legal Aspects of Business’ and ‘Corporate Law’ to business executives, budding entrepreneurs and law students. He is the Course Coordinator of the SWAYAM Courses on Company Law and Business Law.

His research papers on Law and Ethics of AI have been published in journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. His book, ‘Syed Mahmood: Colonial India’s Dissenting Judge’ , published by Bloomsbury, was reviewed in Economic & Political Weekly of India, Hindustan Times, Business Standard, The New Indian Express, The Book Review, OPEN etc. The book was shortlisted for the best book of the year 2023 by the Valley of Words Book Awards 2023.
