OSM Club, the Operations and Supply Chain Management Club of IIM Kashipur, is a student-run body dedicated to fostering interest and building expertise in the dynamic domain of operations and supply chain management. The club organizes the Grant Thornton Advanced Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a trained professional in the Lean Six Sigma methodology who leads improvement initiatives, analyzes data, and enhances processes by identifying and eliminating non-value-added activities. The integration of Lean Six Sigma with Business Intelligence enables participants to understand analytics and visualization techniques that can be applied to uncover customer potential and shape product and service design. Grant Thornton Advanced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

The Structure Building Challenge is a simulation-based exercise in which participants construct a structure while navigating operational constraints such as budget, time, and resource limitations. Applying decision modelling techniques from operations research, participants evaluate scenarios, optimize resource allocation, and determine the most effective course of action to achieve desired outcomes. OPS-BLAZE - National Level Business Simulation
