Instagram Content Series

MBTI Series – This series makes personality psychology easy and relatable by linking fictional and real-life characters to MBTI personality types. It helps students understand behaviour, preferences, and decision-making styles in a fun yet insightful manner.

CineHR – CineHR brings HR and OB concepts to life by breaking down iconic movie scenes and characters. By drawing parallels between cinema and workplace situations, the series simplifies complex theories and makes learning engaging.

Anubhav – Anubhav is a student experience-sharing initiative where HR interns talk about their internships, challenges, and key takeaways. It offers peers a realistic preview of HR roles and bridges the gap between expectation and reality.

Newsletter

HRadiance – HRadiance is HRhythm’s monthly newsletter designed to keep the IIM Kashipur community informed about current trends, emerging practices, and important conversations in the HR domain. From August to February, newsletters were released consistently, each focusing on relevant and timely HR topics.

Events

1. Pragyan

   Pragyan is HRhythm’s flagship PAN-India case study competition, conducted during Agnitraya XI, IIM Kashipur’s annual cultural and sports fest. The competition unfolded over three rounds, beginning with a quiz-based screening, followed by an in-depth case analysis round, and concluding with an offline grand finale where finalists presented their solutions before an experienced panel of judges.

2. DecipHR

   DecipHR is an intra-college event that tests students’ understanding of HR concepts through multiple quiz rounds. Conducted offline on campus, the event witnessed enthusiastic participation and healthy competition among students.

3. Scribble Dribble

   Scribble Dribble is a national-level article writing competition hosted on Unstop. Participants advanced through a quiz-based elimination round to a final article submission stage, where they showcased their analytical thinking and writing skills on HR-focused topics.

4. Ignite

   Ignite is a PAN-India online talent acquisition simulation that challenges participants to think like recruiters. Through a competitive bidding format, teams strategised to hire the best hypothetical candidates within a fixed budget and later justified their recruitment decisions through presentations.

5. Netrutva

   Netrutva is a leadership-focused competition conducted in three rounds: a quiz, a boardroom-style discussion, and an extempore round. The event evaluated participants on leadership awareness, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

6. A Day in an HR’s Life

   This interactive intra-college event placed participants in the role of an HR manager. Using clips from movies and web series, students analysed workplace dilemmas and applied OB and HR concepts to propose effective solutions.

7. Siddhi – HR Analytics Case Study Competition

   Siddhi is IIM Kashipur’s premier HR analytics competition. The event included an initial quiz round followed by detailed case presentations, encouraging participants to adopt a data-driven approach to HR decision-making. The final rounds were judged by industry professionals.

8. Webinars and Guest Sessions

   HRhythm has organised and contributed to multiple webinars and guest lectures in the HR domain, including sessions under Samvaad – The HR Talk Series, giving students the opportunity to learn directly from industry practitioners.

9. Industry and Academia Interactions

   The club has facilitated meaningful interactions among industry experts and academic leaders through conferences and discussion platforms that bring together faculty members, MBA students, and research scholars, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.
