No. As stated in eligibility conditions and in admission policy, only CAT 2020 score is valid for the purpose of application. If you have submitted your application using CAT 2019 score, you may re-apply using a valid CAT 2020 score or GMAT score (on or after May 01, 2019) and notify mbaanalytics[at]iimkashipur[dot]ac[dot]in
2. I have taken GMAT exam before May 01, 2019. Should I apply?
As per admission policy, GMAT scores on or after May 01, 2019 are eligible to apply.
3. Is there any minimum percentile or percentage or sectional cut-off requirement in CAT / GMAT for application?
There is no minimum percentile or percentage requirement for CAT / GMAT or sectional cut-off requirement at application stage. However, minimum percentile or percentage may be decided for shortlisting purposes after application deadline.
4. What is the CAT/ GMAT percentile or percentage cut-off for General / NC-OBC / SC / ST / DAP candidates?

5. What type of questions are expected at the PI Stage?
At the personal interview stage, we assess the candidate on his/her suitability for the program.

If you feel that your CAT percentile is too low, you can always use your GMAT on or after May 01, 2019.

Enter the details from the “marks obtained” and “maximum marks” as stated in your score card. If “maximum marks” is not specified in your score card, refer to that information from the website of your qualifying examination.

11. Should I mention the percentile or the marks obtained in the qualifying exam in the application form?
Percentils in the qualifying exam should be mentioned in the application form.
12. Can BE / BTech degree holders (10+2+4) apply for the program? The eligibility condition states 10+2+3 system.
The eligibility condition is minimum requirement. Yes, you can apply if you have a BE / BTech degree of four years.
13. Are domestic candidates with GMAT eligible to apply?
Yes, all candidates with GMAT score on or after May 01, 2019 are eligible to apply.
14. I am in final year of my Bachelor’s degree program and expected to graduate by May 2021. Am I eligible to apply?
Yes, you are eligible to apply. However, you should have fulfilled the admission requirements by the time of joining, if offered admission.
15. What documents are required for work-experience?
Proof of Work Experience, i.e. relevant Certificate(s) along with first & last salary slips. Specific dates of joining and leaving the organization(s) need to be mentioned. Self-employed professionals may submit a personal declaration stating the exact dates of their employment along with necessary documents. Indicate only paid and full-time work experience, acquired after completing the Bachelor’s Degree. (Apprenticeship, Articleship, Internship, etc., which form an integral part of a course study, should not be treated as work experience).
17. Are there loans available for pursuing the course?
Yes, students may contact banks regarding loans after securing admission offer from IIM Kashipur.
18. Are there hostel facilities in the campus?
Yes, hostel facilities for available in the campus. However, family accommodation is not available.
19. Are there recreational centers in the campus?
Yes, there is a functioning gymnasium, table tennis, lawn tennis and open spaces for outdoor sports in the campus. For more details, please refer this link.
20. What degree is offered at the end of the MBA (Analytics) programme?
Upon successful completion of the course, the students would be awarded the degree of “Master of Business Administration (Analytics)”.
