I joined the EMBAA program at a stage in my career when I was looking for a pivot point. As a Mechanical Engineer, I genuinely enjoyed working in engineering and did not want to move away from it. At the same time, I could see that the future of industry would be shaped by technologies such as AI, analytics, automation, and digital transformation. I wanted to find a way to combine my passion for engineering with these emerging technologies, and EMBAA program at IIM Kashipur helped me discover that path.

The program changed the way I approach problems. Instead of relying primarily on experience and intuition, I learned to use data and analytical thinking to make more informed decisions. This shift has made me more effective in my role and better prepared for the rapidly evolving manufacturing landscape.

Beyond technical knowledge, EMBAA contributed significantly to my professional growth. It gave me the confidence to take on greater leadership responsibilities and helped me gain visibility and recognition among both my peers and senior leadership at my organization.

What I will cherish the most are the campus immersions. Meeting professors and classmates in person, engaging in rich discussions, and reliving the energy of student life was truly special. Combined with the flexibility of weekend online classes, the program offered the perfect balance between learning and a full-time career.
