Reverb - The Music Club of IIM Kashipur is exactly that kind of space. It’s a close-knit community of people who genuinely love music and love sharing it with others.
You don’t have to be a trained musician to be here. Whether you’re someone who’s been performing for years or someone who just hums along to their favourite songs, Reverb welcomes you with open arms. It’s less about perfection and more about expression.
Our events are designed to bring people together. Kaspian Idol is where the campus comes alive with talent, Golden Mic connects us with artists from across the country, the Rhapsody Series gives individuals their moment to shine, and SUR-abhi lets us explore the beauty of Indian classical music. But beyond all this, it’s the late-night jam sessions, the random musical moments, and the shared love for melodies that truly define us.
At the end of the day, Reverb isn’t just a club — it’s a feeling. A place where music helps you unwind, connect, and create memories that stay with you. So if music means something to you, you’ll feel at home here.

- Twilight Tunes: A fun and engaging initiative by Reverb where participants get to test their musical knowledge across different genres through interactive rounds. It’s designed to keep the energy high, with winners recognized for their passion and love for music.
- Jam Sessions: Open and relaxed, Reverb’s jam sessions bring students together to simply enjoy music. Whether you want to perform or just listen, these sessions are all about spontaneous expression, collaboration, and shared moments under a laid-back setting.
- The Rhapsody Series: An online platform where the musical talents of IIM Kashipur students take the spotlight. From soulful vocals to impressive instrumentals, selected performances are featured on Reverb’s social media, celebrating the creativity within the campus.
- Kaspian MeloBees: A space for music lovers to stay connected beyond events. Through a dedicated WhatsApp community, students can share ideas, discover new music, collaborate, and support each other’s musical journeys.
- Kaspian Idol: One of Reverb’s flagship events, giving students a platform to showcase their talent and gain recognition as some of the finest performers on campus.
- Golden Mic: A national-level online medley competition hosted on Unstop, where college students from across India showcase their creativity. With a screening round followed by a medley round, participants blend different songs and styles, making it both challenging and exciting.
- Festive Beats: An initiative that celebrates the diversity of cultures through music. By embracing different languages and traditions, it creates a sense of unity and allows everyone to experience the richness of music across cultures.
