International Relations Committee (IRC)

The International Relations Committee (IRC) at IIM Kashipur is responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships with leading universities across the globe. Its primary mission is to enable seamless exchange of knowledge, research, and culture, transcending geographical and cultural boundaries.

The IRC advances this mission through:

  1. Student Exchange Programs (trimester-long and short-term)
  2. Faculty Exchange Initiatives
  3. Joint Research Collaborations

Under the flagship trimester exchange program, selected students from IIM Kashipur spend a term at partner institutions through a rigorous nomination process. The institute also hosts international students, fostering a diverse and enriching academic environment.

Additionally, the IRC offers short-term exchange programs, typically spanning one to two weeks, comprising workshops, academic modules, and industry visits to provide focused global exposure.

Aligned with IIM Kashipur’s vision of becoming a globally recognized institution, the IRC continues to expand its international footprint through meaningful collaborations that create value for students and society.
