Prof. Mridul Maheshwari is a faculty with the organizational behaviour and human resource management area at IIM Kashipur. Prof. Maheshwari has attained her doctorate in Personnel and Industrial Relations from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad. Prior to joining IIM Kashipur, she worked as a faculty with the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur and Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University Gandhinagar, Gujarat. She mainly works in sustainability and HR, Digital HR, Gender, and Diversity at workplaces. Her current research focuses on sustainability and HRM 4.0, HRM in the gig work contexts, technology, and employee wellbeing. Prof. Maheshwari is actively involved in academic consulting and has provided training for both public sector and private sector organizations such as Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Bharat Petroleum Corporate Limited, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd., Bharat Electronics Limited, Defence Research and Development Organization, Life Insurance Corporation, Forest Research Institute, Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme of the Ministry of HRD, National Academy of Defence Production, Jubilant Foods to name a few. She is also engaged in virtual executive education on topics such as Strategic HRM, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Developing High-Performance Teams.
